Mark P. Jacobsen, Managing General Partner. Mark has over 20 years of experience advising companies and entrepreneurs. He has significant investment and board experience, along with extensive deal-making expertise and executive-level operational experience. As O'Reilly Media's Executive Vice President for New Ventures and Business Development, Mark has managed its investment portfolio for the last nine years delivering impressive returns. Since Mark joined O'Reilly Media in 1995, he has also had extensive operational experience including managing two startup companies, developing and managing O'Reilly's conferences business and running its corporate sales and international divisions in Asia.

Bryce T. Roberts, Managing General Partner. Bryce is an active early stage venture investor, most recently investing through Wasatch Venture Fund, a Draper Fisher Jurvetson affiliate fund. As a private equity investor he has been involved with technology-enabled companies at all stages of growth from seed and early stage to growth and buyout transactions. In addition to his work as an investor, Bryce is a co-founder of the Open Source Business Conference (sold to IDG) and was a member of a small team at vertical search pioneer Whizbang! Labs (WBL). While at WhizBang!, he helped define and launch the FlipDog.com division (sold to Monster Worldwide). He is an advocate of open technologies and standards.
